People residing in EU countries who want to access the services of the Hyperbaric Centre of Ravenna must have the following:
- EHIC card (European Health Insurance Card)
- Form S2 (ex 112), which must be approved by the health care provider in the country of residence (details here).
NON EU COUNTRIES WITH AN AGREEMENT WITH ITALY
People wanting to access the health services of the Hyperbaric Centre of Ravenna who live in countries that are not members of the European Union but have ongoing bilateral agreements with Italy require an ad hoc form that varies from state to state and must be obtained from the health care provider in the country of origin.
The countries that currently have ongoing bilateral agreements with Italy are: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Monaco, Republic of San Marino, Tunisia, Cape Verde, Republic of Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Vojvodina, Kosovo, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
NON-EU COUNTRIES WITHOUT AN AGREEMENT WITH ITALY
People wanting to access the services of the Hyperbaric Centre of Ravenna who reside in countries outside the European Union that have no agreement with Italy may access the services only as individuals.
